  • Please complete our online intake form found at the bottom of your confirmation email, or arrive 15mins early to fill out a hard copy


Cancelation policy:
 

  • Any cancellations or changes to reservations should be made with 24 hours notice for one reservation, 48 hours notice for multiple reservations to avoid a cancellation charge.

  • We do not accept reservation changes or cancellations over voicemail or email outside of spa hours.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows for all services are subject to 100% charge.​

  • We do not hold reservations without a valid credit card.

 
Return policy :

 

  • We do not refund products or merchandise.​

  • We do not refund spa services or yoga passes

 
Covid / Illness Policy:

 

  • All situations are different and evaluated by management, however in general if a cancellation is made with less than 24 hrs notice we will charge 100% of the service that is held under your account for later use. This applies applies for severe illnesses such as COVID 19

 
 

  • Gift Cards are not transferrable or refundable.

  • Our massage prices are $10 more on weekends & holidays

  • All prices are subject to change without notice​

  • We do not have a blow dryer onsite - this is a measure to reduce noise pollution. We offer shower caps if needed
