Lynn Jankov I RMT

Massage can help provide some much needed relaxation from our busy lives and help you get rid of aches and pains.  Lynn believes that massage is an integral part of a wellness lifestyle – a life of balance where the central goal is to be healthy and take the time to look after your mind, body and spirit.

Lynn is a graduate from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic and is a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).  She practices therapeutic Swedish massage and within that context has discovered there is a lot of room for flexibility.  Her treatments vary in style from deep tissue to a lighter lymphatic drainage approach.  She is experienced in Hot Stone massage and incorporates a variety of techniques into each treatment including trigger point therapy, passive stretch and myofascial release.  She has also been trained to treat women in all stages of pregnancy, as well as neurological and pathological conditions such as Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and Cerebral Palsy.

When Lynn is not treating her clients, she finds balance in her own life with yoga, gardening, photography and baking for family and friends.
